The Pakistan Citizen's Portal (PCP) has registered 3.8 million people since its inception in 2018, taking the total number of complaints received on it to over 4.7 million.
Out of the total complaints registered so far, 4.6 million complaints have been resolved and the resolution rate is around 98%.

According to the Prime Minister's Performance Delivery Unit (PMDU), which operates the portal, 45.63% citizens have expressed satisfaction with the performance of the portal.
The distribution of registered members shows that the number of registered members at home is 3,577,065 and the number of members abroad is 281,998. Apart from this, 15,661 foreigners have also registered on the portal. Domestic members also registered the highest number of complaints with 94.61%, followed by foreign members with 5.07% of complaints. Foreign members registered 0.32% of the total complaints.
Most of the members (57.10%) are from Punjab, followed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (16.53%), Sindh (13.53%), Federal (2.20%), Balochistan (1.41%), Azad Jammu and Kashmir (1.12%) and Gilgit-Baltistan ( 0.44%).
The federal government had the highest number of complaints with 2,377,700 (50.22%), followed by Punjab with 1,542,914 (32.59%), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with 460,881 (9.73%), Sindh with 288,512 (6.09%) and Balochistan (6.09%). . 80812 per cent and Azad Jammu and Kashmir 19,913 (0.42 per cent). Gilgit-Baltistan had the lowest number of complaints at 6,526 (0.14%).
Surprisingly, more than 93 percent of the complaints were filed by men. The share of women in the total complaints was only 6.60%.

In terms of profession of registered members, the number of students was the highest at 451,996, followed by 339,603 private practitioners, 170,087 engineers, 168,166 civil servants, 141,521 teachers, 104,682 social workers and 597 corporate workers. 77,648, Armed Forces 70,853, Elderly/Retired Civilians 34,715 and Lawyers 31,854.
Some other professions people included 19,470 political people workers, 17,128 NGO people workers and 13,822 journalists
